Injection Moulding

We can produce parts from a few grams to 200gms. Small runs to high volume can be made with complex and intricate detail, using a wide variety of materials. Includes:- • Tool/Component costings. • Sampling before production. • Work instructions & quality alerts. • Production planning (Gantt chart). • Certificate of Conformity. • SPC with deliveries.

Assembly

We have a dedicated assembly room for assembly of products. All assembled parts are recorded with traceability with all sub assemblies.

Tooling

Tooling required can be quoted using our toolmaking partners. We can help with tooling and material decisions to get the parts that you require.

Tool Maintenance

We use injection mould software for:- • Incoming tool checks • Tool maintenance • Setting sheets & adjustments • Repair records • Insert information • Type change work instructions • Jigs & Gauges • Photo history

Traceability

We can use traceability to trace and isolate non conforming parts. We record:- • Machine settings for every part. • Date, time, operator, • Material, colouring, insert batches • Tool temp • Material dryer temp • Stoppage details & information • Jig/gauge or testing results

Quality

Our systems are run in accordance with ISO 9001 Quality Manual. Injection mould software helps us record Customer complaints, corrective action and improve with analytics.

Services

Formed in 2009 in Mirfield West Yorkshire. Main production was for the Utility companies as well as white goods and liquid transfer. Expansion took place into a further two units and then in 2012 moved site to its current location a 6,500 sq ft unit at Holme Bank Business Park, Mirfield. Production is inline with ISO 9001 and we constantly strive to improve our systems and procedures. We pride ourselves in our traceability, monitoring and recording of production in order to give our customers a better service.
